Execution Project of Maintenance and Completion of Children's Theathre at Benghazi City

The project consists of renewing of the existing building as design-build; including, insulation, façade, water proofing, ceiling,  flooring, painting, noise control, sound system, acoustics, security, communication & intercom & IT, HVAC system revision, sanitary drainage, electrical systems (backup generators, lighting design, IT networking.) and furniture.

Infrastructure:

The project consists of  sewage network of 1.240m, potable water network of 1.260m, storm water of 840m,  firefighting system of 1.300m, asphalt works of 1.100m, lighting, boundary walls and landscaping works.
