Final handover letter was taken on 09.01.2011 for "Seaside Hotel and Infrastructure Works in Sirt City Project" which was undertaken as our company.

This project which is located at east of the 100 housing Units consists of  design, construction, architectural and interior decoration works of the 5 Star Sirt Seaside Hotel with 158 rooms, 2 indoor and outdoor swimming pools , landscaping and  infrastructure works.
